I'd be hard pressed to belive that a tire company of their magnitude would not have strict sampling and testing of their products before they release a batch to the market. I'd expect that they have a certain level of acceptance below which they would crap the whole lot of tires. It would be more likely to think that you were sold a bad batch of tires not by kuhmo's fault, but maybe because they were stored in direct sunlight for a very long time, or maybe they were rejected by kuhmo and sold as second grade tires (without you knowing obviously).
